Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice place to live with kids. Walking distance to town and MSU. Nice pool, volleyball, and basketball court. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Office and maintenance is professional and fast. Great dog parks. They are painting the apartments a nice color.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt is at a nearest spot from the University. Commuting is very easy with a bus stop nearby. Friendly staff and cooperate when needed. Different community people stay here which builds up new relations.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWhen I first moved in, this apartment complex was managed by College Station. They were rude and never willing to help when there was an issue like mice and cockroaches . They would constantly turn off the water without telling us and it could be off for hours. Fortunately, the rent was super cheap so you pay for what you get. The location is also amazing. The new management company, The Social Block, has been fantastic. The staff members are so nice and willing to help. I can tell they are going to improve this place a lot

It is generally quieter than other parts of town and the value of the space you rent vs some other locations is great The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate how pet friendly the property is. It's perfect for students, but I like that it isn't student living.
