We have god park just behind our block. One drawback is that most people do not pick up after the pet which stinks bad when rains. Kids are not able to play on the grass. Dog owners let their dogs poop on the side of our apartment which is on the way to the dog park which leaves our outdoor tap inaccessible.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything is fine, except for the constant water outages that most of the time dont get told to residents, then if you start to remotely complain about something to the office workers, except the guy who used to be mantience under the old staff, they start to be rude back to you.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe transition from the previous owner ships has been smooth so far, but we have had an issue with the towing parts of our lease not be enforced once after the purchase that we have had an issue with. Otherwise, the new management seems to be doing well

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community is a great place for freshers to MSU. It has basic facilities like transport, provision stores at a short distance. The ambiance is great and has facilities for outdoor sports like basketball, volleyball. I would recommend the community to my friends provided the amenities are upgraded and complaints attended in a timely manner.
