The downside is they don't listen to your needs especially when it comes to we the old customers of College Station their decision is final . You really need to care about how people perceive you.

There are no bugs which i love but the neighbors are kinda loud but the walls are thin i guess but i love how the staff works with me because this is my first apartment and i look forward to signing another year.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve only been there a semester and I’m currently out of town on a coop but I love the environment. Everyone I’ve met there enjoys living there and they’re easy to get along with. The staff are helpful and prompt, I’ve gone without problems from any of them except a few slip ups in their package system which was swiftly taken care of. Overall a pleasant experience and I will continue my stay here.

With a hardworking and hospitable staff, you need not to worry about anything, and I mean anything. The maintenance team here work like first respondents. lol. They are hardworking and get the job done on time. It is a great privilege to be a resident at the social block.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving here is a good experience but I have two problems one is that induction is small so if all the residents of one apartment have to leave on same time in morning we have some troubles. The second is all the lights are yellow lights these are not suitable if we are reading. White lights should be there atleast in the bedrooms.
