For the location, offers, prices, and it being furnished, its truly such a good deal and place to live I would renew my lease for sure if i wasn't graduating.

|Recommended: YesI Can See That Things Are Changing For The Better. — I like the new vibe of this lace. I stayed in Campus Trails, 21 Apartments, and Lakeside for undergrad, but my experience here as a graduate student is calm and enjoyable. My only requests is that we get to meet all of the staff and employees associated with The Social Block to ensure the residents when we see people walking around. Maybe you all have done this already, but I am new to signing up.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Social Block is a great place to live. The rooms are very spacious and have very good rent prices in Starkville. Maintenance are pretty quick to come by and fix things and I have definitely saw improvement thus far with the new management.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living so close to campus, but the previous management was horrible. When I moved in to un sanitary conditions, broken appliances, mold issues, and worst of all 300 dead roaches I had to clean out of the cabinets from the kitchen. Currently I'm dealing with neighbors that smoke so much skunk weed it seeped into my air vents now every time my ac turns on it smells like weed.
