Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like how much the management seeks out feedback. I don't like how little notice we get for some things, like pest control. I also really dislike the new paint.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have lived here for a year now and am pleased with my stay. Some things could still use improvement, such as some of the appliances that are dated or worn down, but overall it's a nice place to stay for the current rent price. With the recent updates to the outsides of the apartments, the whole complex has been given new life and new color. The new community even offers social events to residents and I really like that. The office really seems committed to listening to the problems of the community and fixing them as best they can. It's a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesNice, Clean, Poor Choice Of When Remodeling — Friendly staff, reasonable rent, gives good deals for 12 month rent. Rent is actually for a full year they don't take two weeks out for cleaning like some other apartments in starkville. They are remodeling now so just has some bad timing since can't use the pool in the summer months. Also the exercise equipment is not available now due to remodeling.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAccess to the pool should be strictly for residents. I don't think anyone should be allowed to smoke when people are at pool swimming. The fitness center opened for all times. I have not been able to access the fitness center for the whole time i have been here. Address these issue and you will have problem with me

When something happens to your unit, they come to fix it right away. Excellent manager. The events are the only thing that could be improved.

I’m excited to see what changes they have going on and cannot wait for a time when everything is finished. The place is still affordable and the staff is friendlier than ever, minus one or two bad apples, I’m glad I stayed.
