Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI ‘ve Stayed in many different complexes here in Starkville and at other locations. This has been my best experience yet. My townhouse is very nice and I’m proud to be a resident here. I love That they offer free cable and internet to residents. You can’t find too much of that elsewhere. It makes me feel appreciated for renting here. The neighborhood is friendly and family-oriented. Exactly what I look for in a home. I’m so glad I made the decision to live at The Social Block.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood place to live No bug problems and very rarely are there noise problems. The only issue we usually face is the nearby apartments taking the parking space directly in front of my apartment sometimes.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's been good here so far. I moved in two weeks ago and I have had no problems with anybody or nothing like that. The staff is nice, the apartments are close to campus, and it's nice place all round.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt is a good place to live if you have a low bugdet. Also the people at the office are friendly. One thing that I would say they should improve is that the roommate assignment can be a bit more flexible and that about it.

I love that I decided to sign here because I feel like I am in a better environment and community. Everyone is so friendly here, and anytime you need help they’re always willing to help you with a small on their face. Parking is great because I can park right in front of my apartment and still have plenty of parking for my guest.
