Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall not a bad place to live, but in my opinion the rates are a little high for what you get. But otherwise it’s nice. Newly repainted and looks good on the outside. Kitchens could use a little updating but nothing major. Decent place to live.

I like the workers relate to tenants with regard to direction on how to do things.
The only challenge I have is the response to maintenance. Message sent about certain issues about maintaining the environment are not dealt with the way it should be.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThere were a few minor problems when I moved in, but maintenance handled everything in a very timely manner. We haven’t had any major problems since. Me and my roommate absolutely love our townhouse and how much space we have.

Apartments are a great size , you have your own bathroom and shower. You even have your own washer and dryers, you don’t have to leave home. That’s the great part once you’re home off work. The staff are very friendly and helping.
